I really want a new floor. What do I do first?

Come to our showroom! We are here to help with the first steps.
There are a lot of flooring and carpet choices. Our showroom displays the newest styles and trends in home decorating. We are here to discuss which floor or carpet is best for you. If you don’t know what kind of floor you want, we can help with suggestions. It is helpful to bring photos of your room, color swatches of paint or fabrics that you are using, or even an inspiration photo of what you hope your room will look like.
Do I need an appointment to come to the showroom?

You do not need an appointment. Feel free to stop by at your convenience.
What are my flooring options?

We understand you don’t buy a new floor every day. There may be new products that you may be unaware of. Let us introduce these floors and suggest where they may be appropriate for your needs. Our showroom displays many samples of prefinished hardwood flooring, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tiles, luxury vinyl planks and laminate floors for you to look at. We specialize in both residential and commercial flooring.
What are my carpet options?

There are many carpet choices, which can feel overwhelming. We will help sort out what carpet will be best for your room. We install broadloom carpet wall-to-wall, but we can also fabricate area rugs and carpet runners for stairs & hallways. We have both residential and commercial carpeting options.
How do I find out how much this is going to cost?

After you make your flooring or carpet selection, we will come to measure and look at the room. We will then figure the estimate for you.
How do we deal with all of the furniture in our room?

When we come to measure, we will take a look. We understand that it is hard to have your home disrupted for an installation. We may have suggestions for you to move smaller items and breakables. Larger items will be assessed. Installation can sometimes be staged so furniture can be shifted. Working together, we can figure this out.
Who will install my flooring or carpet?

We have professional flooring and carpet installers. Many of our installers have worked with us for a long time. When you buy a floor from V&S, you can be assured that we also stand behind our installation.
How long does this process take?

From the time you place your order it takes on average about 2 to 3 weeks till installation. When the material arrives to our warehouse, we will schedule a convenient installation date with you.
